He noted the photographers were impressed. Well, in the heyday of
Stereo 1949-55, the wedding photographers went in a big way for
Realist Slide package instead of albums. The wedding couple got a
stereo slide file case with a red button viewer as the result. This
was considered much nicer than crappy prints at the time. (I suspect
half the worlds red button viewers are in these family closets yet?)
(Casket salesment were another big user of these presentation
packages..with sample slides of their casket models. They only had to
carry the box of slides and a few samples of the gilt hardware like
handles on casket etc.) BobH
