I'm familiar with this film. It's a video film about the stereo
photographer Brigandi and shows some pictures from old b/w
(Keystone) stereo cards.

It was produced by Sandpail Productions, 3608 Avenida del Sol,
Studio City, CA 91604. (818) 505-1650.
