Jamie...

1. Yes, dates are Aug. 1-5 for sure.

2. Registration for the event is usually $20-$30.00 (one free registration with each table if you have enough stuff to sell). 

3. yes, there will be special hotel rates for the host hotel (usually arount $90+) but there are other hotels in the area with cheaper rates. 

4. If you like 3-D there is enough to keep your interest for 5 days and a whole lote more.

The convention starts with some folks arriving as early as Wednesday evening. 
On Thursday there is heavy "room hopping" -- going to various people's rooms and buying/
selling 3-D goodies. (By the way, our room is always open, usually starting on Wednesday night because we like to arrive early.) 

On Friday, we have a full day of 3-D projections. Friday night is the spotlight auction featuring many fine 3-D items. 

On Saturday, the Trade Fair begins with 100+ tables of 3-D items for sale. 
Everything from cameras to stereo cards to VM items. (Additional projections/workshops during the day as well.) Formal banquet on Saturday night.

Sunday winds up the Trade Fair (with projections that continue from the two previous day) usually something informal on Sunday night -- John Baird's light shows are fantastic!!!

Monday we will tour the Kodak museum in Rochester. 

Gee...and I'm not even on the committee this year!!!
