George interpreted my intent. The thought was to highlight a topic, not limit topics.
If Monday is collector's day it would be to encourage collectors to "show and tell", but it's still an open market. If it works, it works, if it doesn't, it doesn't. There could be some people out there who might join the list (or not leave the list, or participate) just to download collector's day, or viewmaster's day or realist day or twin cam day or "whatever" day, or several different days, but they are not interested in, or don't have the time, to scan every day's worth of messages. This would not be a structured restriction. It's like I visit my favorite restaurant when they have coconut cream pie day, and I don't visit when they have chocolate cream pie day.
