I've bought Kodachrome 64 (36 exp.) fairly frequently at the CVS in Lexington. I believe other drug and convenience stores in the area carry it as well. I also bought a roll of 24 in a supermarket in San Francisco, frustrated that they didn't have 36 exp. rolls.

B&H sells the film with mailer combination, but I don't remember their price. It was pretty reasonable, as I recall.
