>I can't remember the last time I saw film/processing combinations sold here in the States. (If I've got my exchange rates right, the prices you quote are quite reasonable!)
Divide CDN$ by 1.38 or so to get US$. Our prices are pretty good. The B&H prices may be somewhat better but unless I ordered 50 rolls the S&H, and other charges would increase the prices a lot. Plus I would still have to pay $6.50 or so for developing.
Processing included is fairly common (on slide film) here. The Kodachrome always is. The Fuji I buy is, but don't know if it all is. The professional Fuji Velvia I got at a full service camera store (ie one with a film fridge) wasn't.
The Kodak Elite isn't, but some camera stores sell versions of it with processing included at their store (the Astral Photo chain).
Walmart carries Elite. Don't know what Kmart carries, seldom go to that mall.
