shots?
That does it. Another great idea down the drain. Do I have any bad shots?
Of course not....nobody ever gets to see them. I guess that's why I so
enjoy doing full frame 2X2 twin camera work. I create different slide shows,
re-arrange them, re-do them. I can pick and choose. (same with Realist
et.al.)
Well, let's see, what other Edsel idea can I come up with. How about a Twin
Load Bell and Howell type Cube Projector. There would be a single bigger
cube with left and right loading docks that would accommodate either 2- 2x2
slides with in insertable, removable divider, or 1- Realist type slides, with
the divider removed. . One bulb with beam splitter.
Or how about a carousel projector that has two slide registers, load right
images in slots 1-69, and left images in slots 71-140 and as the carousel
twirls around each left and right image loads in the slide slot and you get
left and right projection through a single projector; again 1 bulb with beam
splitter. (you've got to leave slot 70 blank to compliment slot 0 for
loading and unloading the tray).
Or maybe a straight, rectangular slide tray that loads on the top, or side,
or a projector and that tray accommodates either Realist slides loaded in
slide holder device, or twin 2x2 slides in a slide holder device. The
projector injects and retrieves the slide holder device in which the slides
are securely located. Helps maximize exact registration of images,
eliminates damaged slides, and makes projector multi-purpose. Or maybe for
realist slides configure it somehow so that slide holder isn't needed.
Again, maybe these are tried and died ideas. It's a big world out there;
impossible to know 20% of it. Thanks for listening. Glenn Stokes; San
Diego.
