This was definitely my worse night in two years.  I thought I had four good
entries (the subject was "Fences").  As it turns out, my entries were not
that good and there were some excellent pictures by others, including Jerry
Chisnell who had 1st, 2nd, 3d and HM.  Now Jerry is way ahead and, unless
something goes terribly wrong for him, he will win first place this year.
I was hoping to repeat last year's suceess, but that will remain a dream...

Next month's assignment: Hyperstereo.  I don't have any great entries for
this and don't have time to do much.  I am sure Jerry will top that one
too.  The next assignment is "Time Exposure" and then Open #2.

John, correct me if I am wrong, but I think the quality of entries has
improved tremendously over the last years.  Is that right?
