Question re Lenticular services

I produce stereo pairs of military fighter aircraft (Topgun) which have thus
far been distributed in anaglyph format.
I have had requests for lenticular renditions of these pictures. Perhaps one
of you stereo wizards could direct me to a service which produces these
products. Can these services work from digital images? What size and
resolution should they be? Also, does anyone produce stereo cards from
digital images?
