I use a Polaroid Digital Palette with SuperPrint (the only driver 
available) directly from Windows (Mac mileage may vary). The super print 
driver creates a "virtual" page 11 by 7.33 inches at 373 dpi. These 
settings work fine from any "layout" software; Pagemaker, Corel, 
Illustrator etc. I generally pull TIF files into CorelDraw with page size 
above. If the TIF is smaller than full page I place a black box behind it 
that is sized to fit the page. This method works great to imitate a realist 
format. I avoid scaling the image in the layout program unless I've 
compensated by rendering (or modifying in photoshop) at a higher dpi.
