Paul, that would be 4 times the f-stop value.

Paul, for dual and n... lensed stereo, the base line defines the stereo 
effect. 
Any stereo effect due to the "length" of a lens can be emulated by 
projecting your stereo pair on to a small card instead of a large 
screen. The smaller the card the smaller the angularity the greater the 
apparent focal length.
