Yes, that is quite true, sorry to have left that bit out. Ritz, 
like probably most others offering lenticular prints, uses the Image
Tech print processor, which prints 3 adjacent negatives. By modifying
the advance, they can accomodate 4-lensed negatives, as you say,
printing only three of them.

But that's better than not being able to get any prints at all, IMHO...
