Hi,

This is very lo-tech, but I used to mix sawdust with
standard matte black paint and it seemed to do a good
job. No static elecricity, no flaking, etc.

Even less, please. My Eudora 1.5.2 reads 77 columns (no
modifications to .cfg files), and, when people answer the
automatic >'s sometimes can become >>>> over a thread, adding
even four more columns.
