There are specialty shops which do lens repair/refabrication/recoating. Usually, they are 
working with motion picture zoom lenses or top end primes. Suggest you try to track down a 
reputable cine equipment rental/sales outlet in your vacinity, and ask them who handles their 
lens repairs.
