Hi Todd,
I think I saw this same thing at a camera swap meet a couple of weeks ago. It was in a
Realist box and I was not convinced (since there were no instructions) that it was
complete. I gathered from the materials present (I believe there was more han you
described) that it was a heat-sealing/mounting kit. The fellow selling it ($90)
confirmed my assessment but could tell me nothing about it really.
