Cable news (CNN) today reported that researchers at yale have
recently discovered when blind people read braille most of the
information is processed by the visual cortex. Seems like some
rather unusual rerouting of information. makes one wonder if sound
location would in some small degree also be processed there.
Could this the area of the brain play any part in our ability to
locate ourselves in surroundings, sense of direction spatial
orientation etc..
