Lenticular Screens & NSA

	I wonder if anybody out there can help me. I am new to Photo-3d, so
please bear with my ignorance.
	Does anyone know of any supplier/ manufacturer/ or stockist of lenticular
screens for 3-d stereo printing, anywhere in the world? 
	I want to conduct an experiment which requires lenticular screens, and I
just cannot find one anywhere.  Can anyone help?
	Also, would anyone have the address/ phone no/ fax no/ e-mail address
of the National Stereoscopic Association?
	I would appreciate your help
