Normally, I try very hard to avoid criticizing people's language usage on
the net,
especially because there are so many people here posting in other than
their native
language, which is more than I can do, but when someone makes a point of his own
usage, I figure it's fair game.
"Affectionado" (or "affectionato") means whatever Duane Kimball says it
means, because
it's a word he made up, although I question his definition, since it's being
defined
as a verb, even though it's being used as a noun. Perhaps the intended word was
"aficionado", which my American Heritage dictionary defines as "a devotee",
which is
itself defined as "an ardent enthusiast".
I'll go take my medication now, and return you to discussions of 3D photography.
