What about calling it "41x101" format? There is actually an ISO standard for
41mm x 101mm stereo slides, but the title of the standard includes the
description
"5-perforation", so it refers specifically to the Realist format. I suppose
we could
start referring to the 5-perf format by its ISO designation, but that's not what
you're looking for. I looked up the ISO spec on the web, but it's written
down in
my office. It's a 4-page standard, and is available in the US from ANSI for
$27 (!).
