Kodak has a table on their Web site at:

It's based on image *width* for several formats of slides, so it will
require some scaling for Realist-format.

For example, a 135-35mm slide will have a screen width of 5 feet with
a projector-to-screen distance of 11.5 feet with a 3" lens, 15.5 feet
with a 4" lens, and 19.5 feet with a 5" lens.
