No, that's the binocular disparity.  You don't actually need to
make the eye movements to see the depth, they just let you move
your most sensitive region around.

Convergence angle can have some effect on the perceived overall
scale of the view, i.e. if you slide the two halves sideways
towards your nose the whole scene may start to look smaller.
