Nishika info wanted

Dear Group:
	I am posting this message for a friend who has a nishika camera.  
I saw a few postings on this company a few weeks ago but failed to save 
them.  As I recall, they were on the nature of the company at present and 
also regarding a pending (fraud) court case that Nishika was involved 
with.  Could someone either repost that material or send it directly to me?
