Bill (and others) - actually having the "help?" message at the bottom 
for those receiving digests has worked extremely well. The number of
"manual intervention" messages going to the moderators has decreased
significantly.

I'd like to include something similar for those getting digests, but
have not yet figured out a way to do it without including it at the
end of every message which is compiled into the digest format as well.

On the whole, it's worked out well!
