I doubt if that would help those illiterates who want someone to take them by
the hand and lead them through life so they won't have to bother learning
anything along the way ... and lord knows there's a lot of them on the Internet!
While I still think the short-message filter was far more trouble than it was
worth, I think a LONG-message filter might be called for. At least we could
catch the people who quote the whole damned digest, since those messages are
significantly longer than even the most windy diatribes of our members.
