Yes, there are reliable dealers outside the USA.

Harry zur Kleinschmiede runs 3-D Book Productions in
the Netherlands. He is also in the 3D Yellow pages.

The FED is directly imported from the Oekraine. Harry
does a complete check on each of them and gives 3 months
warranty.

He also has a lot of other interesting 3D stuff
like books with or without VM reels and special issues.
He joined the list a couple of weeks ago.
