3D fx

Dear 3D fellows,

Somewhere in february I found an announcement of the
ImageTech 3Dfx camera on Joel Alpers' homepage.
I found out that there was a division of ImageTech
in the Netherlands. So I contacted them to ask
when the 3Dfx would be available over here.
The friendly lady told me that it wouldn't take more
than a couple of weeks, leaving me happy with that.
On the 10th of july I called again and I was very
'surprised' to hear, that, for some reason unknown to
her, all of the 3Dfx's coming from the USA, went
directly into the French market. Camera still not
available elsewhere in Europe !
I wondered how this could be possible, so I sent an
eMail to 3D Image Technology in the USA on july 10th
at wnwolfe@xxxxxxx (found the address in the Index).
Sent it again on july 15th but still no answer.
Can anybody tell me if the abovementioned address
is correct ? Anybody any idea why all the stocks go
to France ? I'm not going to France to collect one.
It's 600 km from where I live !

(Ordering from Joel will set me back another 20 bucks)
(for p&p, International Money Order and things like that.)
(That's too much for a $34.95 camera !)
