Beg to differ. Aside from the XXX stuff I come in contact with (and by the
way, 2 straight and 1 gay tape will be released within the next couple of
months), the same company that does the adult tapes has been approached by
several firms asking the to do 3D video of everything from sports instruction
to kiddie TV shows a la Winky Dink (except instead of a wipe-off screen that
reveals a secret message when you connect the displayed lines, the kids will
need shutter glasses to see what's happening in a "special segment.") Also,
another friend of mine said he just got done editing a 3D music video for a
major record company, and apparently Penthouse is about to release a softcore
3D movie using several porn stars. So there is activity there, and I have to
think it's spurred partly by the XXX tapes... as well as us 3D webbers
talking up the subject.
