Eric G. posted a positive experience dealing with Jess Powell. Same here. 
The Powell manuals don't have a huge amount of techicnal info, but they 
do have some crucial bits and pieces, and I've found them to be accurate. 
Also, Jess Powell was very helpful and pleasant when I talked to him a 
year or so ago. I keep meaning to send DDDalia a check for the Powell 
video on Kodak repair.
