Questions on Handmade Stereopticon
- From: P3D <Jaoude2@xxxxxxx>

I've been reading letters and answers on Photo-3d digest for a while now but
am sending in a question for the first time. I hope I am sending this to the
correct address.
I've been going about this the long way: Measured and studied a stereopticon
in the hope of creating one of my own design. Now I need some lenses. I
know that I need "prismatic" lenses with some magnification, but I don't know
where to get them (Edmunds Scientific--spelling?--doesn't carry them any
longer) or what correction to use. Someone mentioned just cutting a lens in
half and I have a friend who can do that, but what should the correction be?
There are probably articles out there that I missed, but any help would be
appreciated.
Thanks,
Rabih
