Processing nude images

Todd -

On 8/6/96 you asked "Anyone know if I can get kodachrome processed with possibly
questionable material (I've been using Walmart)?"

May I suggest you avoid Walmart for processing nude images. I tried and was
told that it is a "family" store... They _did_ return my negatives at least.
My images were merely nude (some even simply women with no shirts), not
"possibly questionable" as you say yours are (though for many, I suppose, mere
nudity would be questionable).

Since Kodachrome can only be processed by Kodak, you will need to find out
Kodak's philosophy as well as the store/service you leave it with.

Ektachrome is easy to process and, with just a few items, you can do it yourself
if you want. Same thing with black/white T-Max positive processing.

You may also contact your local in-store camera shop processors. They _usually_
do not have any hang-ups about nudity. If your "questionable" images contain
anything illegal, however, keep them entirely to yourself or you may have a
surprise waiting for you when you go to pick them up (better yet, don't shoot
anything illegal). My experience is that local stores will process anything as
long as it's not kids, overt sexual activity, or illegal. To be safe, always
ask before you leave your film.
