We have the largest selection of lenticular screens in the world. Contrary
to popular belief the best lenticular screens produced in the world today
are made by injection molding followed by compression molding, extrusion
and last of all emulsion coated lenticular (also extruded). Emulion coated
lenticular is okay for consumer printing if you have at least a four lens
camera, preferably a Nimslo, but emulsion coated lenticular is second rate
compared to the any commercial lenticular used today. Thin fine pitch
lenticular screen will not resolve more than 7 images and the amount of
parallax is limited (camera travel). How ever we can use up to 250 video
images to produce a Video Lenticular. This type of product is geared for
the professional market. Please read the following information about our

Thank you for your inquiry concerning our company products and services.
We have about eight different lenticulars that we use depending on the
customers requirements. Number 5 lenticular is our choice for producing
the best 3D, with Number 6 being the second choice. Number 3 lenticular
is our choice for producing the best Flip, Morphing, Virtual Replay with
Number 4 being the second choice. We have listed each lenticular's
specifications and cost as follows:
1. 22.5 L.P.I. Made of Polycarbonate, .122 thick, Extruded, 36 degree
viewing angle. Maximum size: 44" wide x 77" high.
Cost: $135.00 44" wide x 77" high,
$125.00 44" wide x 72" high.
$115.00 44" wide x 60" high.
Comments: We normally have this in stock in sizes 44" x 77". This
lenticular is used for 3D, Two Flip and Morphing. This lenticular is used
for pictures larger than 22" wide x 33" high up to 44" wide x 110" high.
This is the only lenticular available for outdoor use. We have a screen
printing process available for outdoor applications.
2. 32 L.P.I. Made of PETG, .060 thick, Extruded, 32 degree viewing
angle. Maximum size: 50" wide x 76" high.

Comments: We normally have this in stock in sizes 50" x 76". This

3. 40 L.P.I. Made of P.V.C., .060 thick, Compression Molded, 45
degree viewing angle. Maximum size: 22" wide x 33" high.

6. 64 L.P.I. Acetate on Glass, .080 thick, Compression Molded, 20
degree viewing angle. Maximum size: 11" wide x 14" high.
Sizes: 8" wide x 10" high Cost: $5.00 each.
11" wide x 14" high Cost: $10.00 each.
Comments: This lenticular is used for 3D, 3D with Animation, Fast
Animation, 2 Flip, Fast Morphing and Virtual Replay.
7. 65 L.P.I. Vinyl, .020 thick, Compression Molded, Flexible, 36
degree viewing angle. Maximum size: 11" wide x 14" high.
Cost: We do not sell this lens, only the finished product.
Comments: We print directly on the back of this lenticular screen. This
lenticular screen is flexible, washable and ideally suited for use on
clothing or caps for 2 Flip or 3D picture from 1" wide x 1" high up to 11"
wide x 14" high.
8. 75 L.P.I. Made from PETG, .020 thick, Extruded. Maximum size: 26"
wide x 24" high.
