the item had a plastic strap that wraps around a fuji disposable and snaps.
it used the odd shaped lens mount on the fuji 800 and panorama camereras
(others?) as a "register" for alignment.
when snapped in place, a large trapezoidal mirror folded out on the right
side at 45 deg. and a smaller mirror folds out to the left at 45 deg. both
snapped into place. the right one was probably larger because it was farther
away from the lens due to the way it folded up and over the other elements.
once folded out, you would see that directly in front of the lens was
another pair of 45 degree mounted vertical mirrors. it splits a single 35mm
frame into a l/r pair. cheap plastic (mylar?) mirrors.
