Wanted: Feedback on red button viewer!

Dear friends and fellow stereo (or is it sterio?) photographers,

As I mentioned in an earlier posting, I am working on the second edition
of my Realist red button book. The first edition was self-published in
Feb. of 1994. Since that time I have learned a lot from working on over
100 red button and various other viewers. The second edition will
include all this new information plus it will have more figures,
diagrams and detailed instructions on how to do things. It will also
come with a hardware package with a new reflector and a few more useful
items and will it be of similar format as my other three viewer books.

Photo-3D has been a always valuable source of information so I am asking
for your help in getting feedback and information to include in this
second edition of the book. I am interested in the following:

- If you have a red button viewer I would like to know what you like or
don't like about your viewer. How does it compare to other viewers?

- I would like to hear about special modifications. I am particularly
interested in lens' replacement and use for 2x2 slides.

- Any information on the history (how many viewers were made compared to
cameras?) or other facts and myths that you might want to share will be
  greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your help!

George Themelis, fj834@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or DrT-3D@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
