They return developed transparencies that are very clean,
no scratches, in a sleeve, wrapped in a large-radius coil, 
in a box packed inside of a larger box.  They're quick.
They're not too far away as the mails go.

Don't know - wouldn't hurt to ask.

I just call them up and tell them what I want and get the 
latest prices.  It's about $7/roll for 35, ~$7.50 for 120,
about $4.50 for shipping, and ~8% tax.  The prices are 
regardless of quantity (except for the tax 8-).  I USPS a 
box to them and they UPS it back.  Total time is 3 or 4
days.
