This is not an accurate statement.  As I stated in a previous posting, there
were TWO Conturas in Rochester.  The first sold and I believe that the
selling price was $3,000 at least that's what the seller told me.  So there
was a willing buyer and a willing seller. Hence, one may conclude that they
established a current market price, which is subject to change with the next
Contura sale.  However, there wasn't enough demand for the SECOND Contura,
as it did not sell.  So is it worth less or worthless?
