***CONDITIONS OF ENTRY, SLIDES***

1) All entries must be sent pre-paid using the attached label.

2) Four stereo slides in the 1 5/8 inch by 4 inch format are eligible.
Frame opening may be 4, 5, or 7 sprockets wide.  For proper projection 
and protection slides should be mounted in glass.  Place a thumb spot on 
the lower left corner of the slide as you look at it the way you wish it 
to be projected.  Be sure your name and address are on the slide.  
Separate 2x2 paired slides are no longer accepted; we received so few 
they are now discontinued.

3) Selecting will be done using a TDC projector with paired 750 watt 
lamps.

4) Slides ACCEPTED in any previous Oakland Exhibition, or near 
duplicates of same, are not eligible, regardless of title.

5) Fill out the entry form, with slide order and titles; note category 
letter if applicable; number your slides to correspond with the entry 
form near the lower left corner of the mask.  Package your entry well.

6) All possible care will be exercised in the handling and exhibiting of 
all entries; no responsibility is assumed for loss or damage during the 
exhibition or in transit.

7) All ACCEPTED slides will be duly credited to entrants in the catalog.  
Names of entrants with their acceptance(s) will be submitted to the PSA 
for both Star Ratings and Stereo 'Who's Who" listings.

8) U.S. slides will be returned by First Class Mail, foreign slides by 
Small Air Packet.  Slides will be forwarded to other exhibitions at the 
request of the entrant, if accompanied with a filled-out shipping table.

9) If any of your slides are intended for the 'Contemporary', 'Macro' or  
'Architectural Interiors' categories, please print the letter 'C', 'M' 
or 'A' in the category column on the entry form (only one category per 
slide please).  Contemporary photography may be defined as "the concept 
that stimulates the mind of the viewer to interpret a message conveyed 
through the creative use of line, form and color".

10) Submission of entries will imply acceptance of all these conditions.

11) Slides, with entry form and entry fee should be sent, using the 
shipping label below, to arrive before the closing date, to:

***CONDITIONS OF ENTRY, CARDS***


1) Cards will be of the 'standard' 3.5 x 7 inch format; cards more than 
7 inches (17.8 cm) wide will be disqualified.  

2) Four cards may be entered.  The photographic/electronic imagery must 
be the work of the exhibitor.  Either color or monochrome images are 
acceptable.  Revised images of antique cards made by others are not 
considered the work of the entrant.

3) Each card must be numbered to fit the entry form and have the 
entrant's name and address on the back.  The title of the card may be 
either on the front or the back.

4) Cards previously ACCEPTED in Oakland Stereo Card exhibitions are not 
eligible.

5) The same person may enter both the slide and card divisions; however 
the entry fee for each division must be included.  Fees may be in cash 
or a check to the Oakland Camera Club.  Send your card entries to:
