RE: The original question related to whether stereo pair could be gotton
out of twin camera shot at car race. Then the question two different
lenses in focal length came up. Wm. Carter raises the question that if
the lenses were differenct focal length (and at the same f/stop?) the
depth of field would be different?
On the surface this is true BUT we also jiggled the images to the same
image size and DEPTH OF FIELD IS EQUAL AT THE SAME F/STOP AT THE SAME
MAGNIFICATION REGARDLESS OF FOCAL LENGTH.
