I do not attend on a regular basis, but here is the information.
The Chicago Stereo Camera Club meets the 3rd Wednesday every month
(except October) at:
Chicago Athletic Association
12 South Michigan Avenue
Chicago, IL 60603-3294
The program starts at 8pm.  There is a dinner at 7pm that some regular
members attend.  You would have to sign up ahead of time, and the dinner
costs usually $16.  Menu selections are guaranteed only on reservations by
August 19.  Reservations are thru John Donaldson (630)232-6147.
