Video on mounting slides?

Hi John!

>So - has anyone ever considered making and selling a *video* showing
>how to mount slides?

My problem is that such video will be very short. About 10 seconds
to be exact. Here are the film chips here is the mount, you see, I
stick the chips in the mount. If I stretch it a bit with slow motions
close-ups, replays, etc., it might last one minute. That's about it.

Of course, a video tape on mounting an entire Realist roll from the
time I pick up the roll, drool over it, cross view it, cut each frame,
mount each frame, view in the viewer to decide which pictures to keep,
etc, can last one hour but it will be a very boring video.

OK, I am exaggerating a bit, but not much. My point is that it is
so easy to mount slides taken with a stereo camera (which gives
correct alignment and window placement) that it is not worth
bothering or worrying about it. The answer to mounting is
practice, IMO -- George
