Why is View-Magic so good?

We have heard many good things about the View-Magic print
viewer... Prints look great through this viewer.  But no
one has even asked the question:

Why is the View-Magic viewer so good?

I have my own opinion but would like to hear some others
first.  Also, I would like to hear if anyone thinks that
the viewer is not very good and why.  -- George
