You mention a complete system with good viewer will not be cheap
and then you mention Loreo etc. Well a Loreo minus the "deluxe viewer"
would bring down the price of their camera and couple that with a
View-Magic and you can market it easily for $120. I think that is cheap.
Or like I mentioned before take a 3dMagic camera and View-Magic viewer and
the price would be even cheaper.

Maybe Kodak wouldn't. But then again maybe they would. You mention the ups
and downs, but that never stopped a company before. Companies have been known
to introduce the same product over and over again to new generations of
people. Look at Disney with there movies or the Yo-Yo fad that comes and
goes. Maybe they will not run an experiment to see it fail long term but
maybe they would introduce something for a short term. Take the money and
run. I think some company can make some money by reintroducing the Rubiks
Cube right about now.
Dalia miller writes that he is surprised that no one mentions the
View-Magic viewer! I think I among others have mentioned it quite
a few times. Check back and read the postings again, under the
subject of 3d for the masses, you will see it is well described,
as it will be in the next few also.
