Who is an "old-timer"?

Dr. T says that an old-timer is someone who:

1.  Bought the Keystone Tour of the World from Keystone.
2.  Remembers 3D *before* the Realist.
3.  Bought a VM viewer model A *new* from Sawyer's.
4.  Bought H. McKay's "Principles of Stereoscopy" book *new*.
5.  Used Kodachrome ASA 10 because he had no choice.
6.  Bought a *new* Stereo Realist.
7.  Received in the mail "Stereo World" vol 1, issue 1.
8.  Subscribed to "Reel 3-D News".
9.  Bought a Nimslo camera new.
10. Attended the first NSA convention (where?, when?)
11. Still has Reel 3-D catalog No. 1.
12. Received photo-3d Digest No. 1

Dr. T says that he has done none of the above...

Let's see who is the oldest old-timer of all!
