StereoGraphic slides?

I almost forgot to ask the wise ones amongst us a very important
question:
Since my StereoGraphic camera has f/4 35mm lenses, is it still considered
a Realist?
Secondly, why can't I just have the photofinishers mount my slides as
twin 35mm stereo pairs on regular slide mountings?
I would really rather have them that way if it'sall the same.
Can Realist slides be put in 50mmx50mm mounts?
How would it affect them when you viewed them?
