flash adapter....

I have a Graphlex  Stereo Graphic camera.
I need a flash adapter.
I think.
The flash shoe has three raised"dots" in its center and a 4th one with a
plastic disc under it looks sort of like this:

Does anyone have any idea if the Reel 3D adapter would work?
