This comes up over and over again in the various photography
newsgroups.  The best way seems to be to advertise at a local college,
art school, or in a local paper.  Your ad should state explicitly what
you're looking for, and whether or not you're paying the models.  If
you're not paying, you could offer copies of prints or slides as some
compensation.
