Red button conversion in Lewis' 3D web site

Alan, that's a nice site worth visiting.  One question:  Why
did you put the 2x2x2 conversion of the red button in the
Hall of Shame?  I have seen one viewer (Sterolist, very similar
to the red button) modified by David Burder.  The conversion
was good but you are right, the lenses are asked to do a bit
more than they were designed and the light fall off at the
edges is a problem.  Still, a worthwhile conversion considering
the alternatives.  -- George
