Anybody VR Surfing yet?

I got the three VR Surfer units I ordered a couple of days ago, and I'm having a
problem with them. It seems that none of them can hold a 3D signal from my VCR.
When I have any of the three properly hooked up to the VCR and play a 3D tape,
it just flashes on and off about two or three times a second, turning the
glasses on and off accordingly. Since the reaction is the same from all three
units to each of a dozen or so tapes, all of which play perfectly with my
Toshiba rig, I'm not sure what the problem is. Has anybody else experienced this
problem?

Also, beware, glasses wearers! The Surfer glasses don't even begin to fit over
my glasses, and must be physically held in place the whole time they are being
used!
