You can download ProJPEG1.0 PLUG-IN for Photoshop from
 http://www.aris.com/boxtop

You can see ProJPEG files with the PLUG-IN and save the files as normal 
JPEG 
format or the other formats in your Photoshop.
However you can't save the file as Pro JPEG format, unless you pay the 
shereware fee.
