Kodalux Kinks!

I just got back two rolls of Kodachrome from Kodalux. I had them marked "do
not cut" and had expected to get them back rolled. I fully expected to have
to reverse roll them to straighten out the film before cutting. But what
they did was to loosly roll the film and then cram it into a thin slide box!
I now have rolls with kinks about 4 in apart. Boy am I mad.

If you reverse roll the film, it does tend to remove the kinks but adds a
roll to the area inbetween the kinks. I have hung the film with some weights
to try to straighten things out. Anybody have any other suggestion?

I like Kodachrome a lot. I guess that in the future when I want to use it I
will just have Kodalux go ahead and mount it, then tear the chips out of the
mounts. What a bother.
