It was my first stereo camera, purchased 15 years ago from Jessop's London
(Oposite to British Museum)

Yes, 1/50 sec only.

There is a screw which enables you to adjust the sync. It's very critical though
to get it right.

Nothing for as far as I know. It's the normal position when film is advanced.

Oh yes, that's why I took mine apart thinking there was something wrong with it.
